What is the most stable Navis version? When does it make sense to move to Navis 4?

You’ve shared an interesting question. N4 3.8 and 4.0 are the latest stable versions where 3.8 has a bigger footprint.
If you’re starting a fresh project or upgrade it would be best to go with 4.0 as you’ll be able to get any required bug fixes or enhancements during the project phase.
For the precise version number, you’ll have to contact your Kaleris case manager, the folks here are not Kaleris employees - though we would welcome them.
For your second question, there are a number of factors that go into that decision, budget, resources, requirements, features, training. N4 is a global product that has proven itself as a flexible framework and meets the needs of its customers.
Neighboring terminals play a role, having a knowledgeable labor pool and getting manager talent that knows the capabilities and can utilize them early to build off of is important. The customization ability and integration are proven which can meet your sites niche needs.
